1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Chaos 'N Control ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("App") and related services.

The App is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Chaos 'N Control is a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

• Inventory and product management
• Order tracking and management
• QR code and barcode scanning
• User and role management
• Company-level data organization
• Subscription-based access with various plan tiers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• Each account is associated with a company and subject to company-level access controls

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others

3.3 User Roles and Permissions

• Access to features is determined by your role and permissions within your company
• Company administrators are responsible for managing user access and permissions
• You must comply with your company's policies regarding use of the Service

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

• The Service is provided on a subscription basis
• Subscription plans vary by user limits and pricing
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

4.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor
• We do not store your payment card information
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees

4.3 Trial Periods

• New companies may be eligible for a free trial period
• Trial periods are subject to our terms and conditions
• Payment information may be required to start a trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends

4.4 Billing and Renewals

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged the then-current subscription fee
• We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect

4.5 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period

4.6 Refunds

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law
• Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge

5. Data Ownership

5.1 Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data

5.2 Data Export

• You may export your data at any time through the Service
• Upon account termination, you may request a copy of your data
• Data export requests must be made within 30 days of account termination

5.3 Our Use of Data

• We may use your data solely to provide and improve the Service
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy

5.4 Data Deletion

• Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data
• Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• Backup data may persist for up to 30 days after deletion

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate legal action.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Service Provision

• The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• The Service is not intended for mission-critical or safety-critical use
• We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice

7.2 Modifications

• We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes
• We are not obligated to maintain or support any particular feature

7.3 Downtime

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uptime
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription
• Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the paid period

8.2 Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms
• We may terminate accounts that are inactive for extended periods
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts for legitimate business or legal reasons with reasonable notice

8.3 Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
• You may export your data before termination or within 30 days after termination
• We will delete or anonymize your personal data as described in Section 5.4

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

9.2 Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

9.3 Force Majeure

• We are not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• This includes natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet failures

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
• Posting a notice in the App
• Sending an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.
